Yoga is a proven practice to reduce stress
and anxiety and help students focus.
Fun and interactive themes,
with a range of practical breathing and mindfulness

MEDITATION
Our practices help students learn techniques that can be applied regularly, which reduce anxiety and increase the ability to focus. 
A variety of styles taught: Mindfulness, Guided Visualisation, Progressive Relaxation, Positive Affirmations, Mantras, Sound Meditation and various breathing techniques.

TAI CHI
TAI CHI 
Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body.
The flowing movements of tai chi bring inner strength.

PILATES

PILATES

Pilates is done on the floor using an exercise or yoga mat, which employs controlled breathing during body weight resisted movement to build core strength.

DANCE 
DANCE/ZUMBA  

An aerobic fitness programme featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance. Dance to great music and burn calories without even realising it.
